Refund policy



To start a return process, you can contact us at houseofmann@yahoo.com . If your return process is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We would like to inform you that each of our products is meticulously handcrafted, and this process requires a dedicated period of 15-40 days before shipping. This ensures the highest quality and attention to detail in every item you receive.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery  and contact us immediately with in 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to mend any small tears or holes that may have occurred during shipping. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are not responsible for late delivery due to a third party shipping services, customers are responsible for filing missing/late packages for their mail with USPS/UPS/FEDEX.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or gift card purchases.

All of our products are made to order. We offer sizing charts and custom sizing so our customers can make an informed decision when purchasing. If any of the customers measurements are not provided or incorrect and something does not fit , despite being made to the size ordered,  we can not offer a return or exchange. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with refunded store credit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember incorrectly submitted measurements void any refund claims. Custom orders can only be refunded with store credit. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
